Formación

• At least three years of strength coaching or personal training experience.
• Current certification (NSCA-CSCS or NASM preferred).
• Strong presentation skills suitable for various group sizes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client programs and manage daily facility operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Guide and support team members in delivering exceptional service.
