Job summary

Gensler in Mexico City is seeking an Architectural Designer with 5+ years of experience to support the Design Director in developing and evolving design concepts. You will collaborate with a diverse team of designers, architects, strategists, and brand designers, and participate in all project phases.

You will work on programming, strategy, client needs, schematic design, design development, space planning, coordination with consultants, and construction documentation while helping manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required with 5+ years in architectural design.
• Proficient in Revits and 3D rendering software; strong design concepts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Director and Senior Designer in concept creation and development.
• Lead creative/process direction across multiple design teams through all project phases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including researchers, strategists, and vendors.
• Produce plans, elevations, details, specs, and material selections for construction.
• Coordinate milestones, budgets, and schedules; ensure client expectations are met.
• Communicate design ideas clearly to project teams and participate in office culture.
