Job summary

Gensler in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the marketing team. The role focuses on writing, designing, and producing collateral, qualification packages, presentations, and new business proposals to advance client pursuits and community outreach.

You’ll collaborate with Principals, Firm Leaders and the Regional Marketing team, applying brand standards and best-in-class design to elevate LATAM opportunities. Fluency in English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Marketing roles, preferably with a design, architecture, or professional services background.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications or Marketing.
• High competency with Adobe programs, especially InDesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with effective presentations and collateral.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong writing and speaking skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior staff on business-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and produce proposals, presentations, award submissions and marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in strategy and planning sessions and support business development activities.
• Create strong, innovative designs while adhering to brand guidelines and best-practice design principles.
• Develop new materials to support marketing and client outreach.
• Provide graphic design support for workshops and LATAM market activities.
• Coordinate with communications for photography, website updates, social media and editorial content.
• Understand Gensler’s portfolio and capabilities; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Support other responsibilities as assigned.
