Poutrix is seeking an experienced Lead Urban Designer for our Mexico City office. You will lead design projects from inception to completion, coordinating with the support team to meet tasks, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires a Master’s in Urban Design or Urban Planning, a Bachelor in Architecture, and 10+ years of related experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with strong graphic communication skills and advanced 3D rendering ability.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Architecture is required.
• Master’s degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, or similar is required.
• Spanish native speaker and full command of English.
• 10+ years of related work experience in urban design and master planning.
• Experience managing large architectural and urban design projects.
• Strong graphic communication skills and ability to produce high-quality 3D renderings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead urban design projects across the project lifecycle and coordinate with the support team on tasks.
• Lead and coordinate client discussions to convey key aspects of the project.
• Manage projects to ensure positive outcomes within time and budget.
• Collaborate with Urban Design and Master Planning teams on various projects.
• Produce landscape architecture documents, guidelines, palettes, and standards.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings or sketches to convey experiences and concepts.
• Prepare planning, urban design, and regional planning reports.
• Write proposals, conduct research, and develop guidelines.
