EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Middle Communications Specialist to join our remote team. You will harmonize communications across multiple squads, craft compelling collateral, and develop innovative strategies to improve information sharing and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities include creating content, leading campaigns, training teammates, and ensuring consistent messaging. You will monitor impact, report outcomes, and refine plans accordingly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of communication.
• Proficiency with communication tools and software.
• Experience developing and executing innovative communication strategies.
• Proficiency in communications planning and execution.
• Experience managing online communities with active engagement.
• Excellent internal communication skills with clear messaging.
• Familiarity with campaigns, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong English skills (B2+).
• Nice to have a background in technology, IT, innovation, or startups.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Strong command over the English language with a minimum level of B2+
