We’re hiring: Internal and External Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead and coordinate our internal and external communication efforts.

This role will play a key part in strengthening employee engagement, enhancing our digital presence, and ensuring consistent communication across all corporate channels.

This role is ideal for a communications professional with experience in internal communication, corporate messaging, digital channels, social media, and website content management. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating and executing communication initiatives that strengthen our organizational culture, employee engagement, and external brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing internal communication channels such as intranet, Teams, email communications, and internal campaigns
• Coordinating external communication through website updates and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others
• Creating engaging and aligned content for both internal and external audiences
• Supporting corporate communication campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives
• Monitoring communication effectiveness and digital engagement metrics

Profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in internal and external communications
• Knowledge of website content management, social media, intranet, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
