SEGULA Technologies seeks an experienced Design Release Engineer to own engine subsystems, mounts, and brackets across the product lifecycle. You will manage ECR/ECOs in Teamcenter/Enovia and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to balance packaging, thermal, and NVH while driving cost and weight optimization.

You will lead DVP&R activities, define test requirements, and ensure robust DFMEA and manufacturing controls throughout the program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3–5 years in automotive product engineering as a Design Release Engineer or Product Engineer.
• Proficiency with CATIA V5, NX, or SolidWorks for packaging reviews.
• Strong GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5 and tolerance stack-ups.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes and PLM/BOM releases.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for technical meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Own design release and lifecycle management of engine subsystems and mounts.
• Coordinate with Tier-1 suppliers and lead technical reviews.
• Negotiate packaging trade-offs with BIW, Thermal, Chassis, and Styling teams.
• Define and execute DVP&R, test requirements for durability and NVH.
• Lead DFMEA and link characteristics to manufacturing controls.
• Drive cost and weight optimization without sacrificing rigidity.
