SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Design Release Engineer to own the release and lifecycle of engine subsystems and structural mounts. You will coordinate with Tier-1 suppliers, lead weekly technical reviews, and ensure packaging, thermal, and NVH targets are balanced across the platform.

You will develop DVP&R, manage DFMEA, and drive cost and weight optimization while maintaining performance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for technical collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3–5 years automotive product engineering as DRE or Product Engineer.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks.
• GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Fluent English and Spanish for technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Own design release and lifecycle management of engine subsystems and mounts.
• Lead ECR/ECO processes within PLM systems and manage supplier interfaces.
• Coordinate cross-functional packaging with BIW, thermal, and chassis teams.
• Develop DVP&R plans and oversee durability, fatigue, and NVH testing.
• Maintain DFMEA and link critical characteristics to manufacturing controls.
