SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Design Release Engineer to own the design release of engine subsystems, mounts, and structural brackets for a mid‑engine platform. You will manage the release process from architecture through to tooling, supplier PPAP, and vehicle launch, collaborating with BIW, Thermal, Chassis, and Styling teams.

You will lead DFMEA, DVP&R, and validation activities, coordinating with Tier‑1 suppliers and manufacturing to ensure design integrity while optimizing

Formación

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 3–5 years in automotive product engineering as DRE or Product Engineer.
• Strong CAD skills and packaging experience.
• Proficient in English and Spanish for technical meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Own design release for engine subsystems, mounts, and brackets.
• Lead technical reviews with Tier-1 suppliers and track progress.
• Package components in a dense mid‑engine bay with cross‑functional teams.
• Define and oversee DVP&R and testing requirements for durability/NVH.
• Maintain DFMEA and link critical characteristics to manufacturing controls.
• Drive cost and weight reduction initiatives without compromising rigidity.
