NetApp is hiring a Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot, and Power Platform. The role blends engineering and operations, with automation-driven day-to-day tasks.

You will evaluate new features, audit the platform, and implement controls to protect data while improving productivity. Strong scripting and security practices are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role with hands-on admin of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform, Exchange Online.
• Strong troubleshooting, security practices, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and cloud technologies such as Entra ID, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and administer Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform, Exchange Online).
• Participate in engineering initiatives and integrate Microsoft 365 with existing systems.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and automate operations to optimize user experience.
• Protect data security and ensure compliance with industry standards; resolve incidents and escalate when needed.
