American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Site Merch Lead for Mexico’s digital channels. You will own localization of content, manage site merchandising with Bloomreach, and coordinate cross‑functional workflows to reduce US dependencies while aligning with MX timelines.

You will oversee content builds in Contentstack, optimize navigation, and drive A/B testing and promotional setups to improve conversion and revenue in the MX market.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in e-commerce, retail, content management, or website merchandising.
• Knowledge of CMS and site merchandising platforms, specifically Contentstack and Bloomreach.
• Strong command of Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Excellent bilingual communication (Spanish/English) with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization and transition of content/site merchandising tasks from the US to MX team.
• Design localized cross-functional timelines and manage MX-specific schedules.
• Oversee Bloomreach-based page sorts, A/B tests, and dynamic content creation.
• Coordinate Contentstack module builds and local asset control for branding.
• Manage multi-device navigation and targeted go-lives with SLA adherence.
• Define rigorous QA workflows and report on digital performance metrics.
