Job summary

JLL Mexico is seeking a senior leader to scale the Property Management business across Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail, guiding a national team of 100+ professionals. The role focuses on strategic growth, new client acquisition, and operational excellence across the portfolio.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory, maintaining strong executive relationships while optimizing costs and revenue for the Mexican market.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Architecture/Business/Real Estate related field; MBA or Real Estate Master’s preferred
• 10–15 years in CRE property management with senior leadership responsibilities
• Experience managing multi-sector portfolios in Mexico
• Fortune 500 P&L experience and executive presence
• Fluent English mandatory; strong communication with C-suite

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and securing new Property Management opportunities across Mexico sectors.
• Lead and develop a national team of 100+ professionals.
• Own full country P&L for Mexico Property Management.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions.
• Develop sector-specific strategies for Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail properties.
• Build and maintain C-suite client relationships, ensuring service excellence.
• Lead business development and revenue growth initiatives.
