Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Business Director of Property Management to scale the Mexico PM business across Industrial, Office, Multifamily and Retail while leading a national team of 100+ professionals. You will own the full country P&L, drive new business, and partner with Capital Markets, Leasing and Advisory to deliver integrated real estate solutions.

Fluent English is mandatory; an engineering, architecture, or real estate background with an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in real estate or related field.
• 10–15 years in commercial real estate property management with leadership.
• Fortune 500 level financial acumen and P&L management.
