FROSCH MEXICO - Travel Specialist Support

Job Responsibilities
  • Modifying invoices as needed to include tax modifications, client specific data, agency information, etc.
  • Provide best in class customer service internally and externally that exceeds clients’ expectations.
  • Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
  • Develop relationships with other team members to improve the overall service level.
  • Participate in operational and accounting projects and functions as appointed by manager.
  • Communicate FROSCH's operating standards to suppliers appointed to specific arrangements.
  • To assist with implementation tasks for new business, i.e. wallet cards.
  • Assisting corporate account teams with small groups, faxing documents to vendors and clients as needed, requesting hotel upgrades for VIP clients as requested from agents.
  • Process required documents for ancillary services as requested, i.e. excess baggage, car, train, parking, meals, etc.
Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies.
  • Top-notch customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of superior customer service.
  • Superb communication, typing, and math skills.
  • Must be a strong Team Player.
  • Work with team to ensure appropriate coverage and support for clients.
  • Good standing knowledge of worldwide destinations.
  • Deadline-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and know how to prioritize.
  • Reputation for working in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prior, native GDS experience on sabre preferred; or strong motivation to upskill and learn Sabre.
  • NVQ and GCSE English and Math; A-C required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or accounting related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; especially Outlook and Word is a plus.
