R.S. Hughes Co. Inc. seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Mexico territory to execute our proven sales strategy, expand revenue, and drive market share. You will manage the entire sales cycle and client relationships after a sale, collaborating with territory teams and sales support.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship-building with executives, and the ability to own and grow a book of business. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Industry knowledge in relevant field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the sales strategy at territory level and expand revenue.
• Conduct demonstrations and value proposition presentations.
• Manage the full sales process and client relationships post-sale.
• Collaborate with territory teams and sales support.
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain records of all account activity within the sales database.
