You will manage day-to-day operations, logistics, import/export compliance, service orders, and invoicing, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day business operations for the Mexico organization, ensuring efficient and effective support of business objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Mexico operations and U.S. headquarters.
• Manage relationships with local vendors, service providers, and government agencies.
• Support leadership with reporting, operational planning, and special projects.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments between Mexico, the United States, and customer locations.
• Coordinate import permits, export documentation, certificates of origin, and customs filings.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records.
• Support inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning activities.
• Analyze logistics performance and costs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
