Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–9 years in Sales, Ecommerce, or KAM roles.
• Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and 1P.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon Mexico business performance, including net sales and profitability.
• Develop and execute the Joint Business Plan and growth strategy.
• Lead negotiations with Amazon and drive category development.
• Oversee day-to-day 1P operations via Vendor Central.
• Coordinate planning with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead cross-functional governance to mitigate risks and unlock growth.
