Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. seeks a seasoned Facility Manager to lead the GBS Monterrey hub’s day-to-day operations for 200+ staff. You will drive efficiency, safety, and productive workplace experiences while coordinating with HR, Procurement, and leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree, 5+ years in facilities management, and strong budgeting, negotiation, and multilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in office/facilities management or related roles.
• Experience in a multinational environment is required.
• Strong project management and budget oversight skills.
• Spanish and English fluency (written and spoken).
• SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities services for 200+ employees.
• Manage office budgets, procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, HVAC, cleaning, repairs, and equipment.
• Lead onboarding, visitor management, travel admin, and logistics.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on employer branding and communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and governance across facilities.
• Coordinate with landlords and service providers to optimize space.
