Oferta confidencial is seeking an experienced Logistics Import/Export Assistant Manager to coordinate, supervise, and optimize cross-border operations between Mexico and the U.S. You will ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican/U.S. customs rules while driving cost efficiency and on-time deliveries.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, customs compliance, or international trade operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with Mexico–U.S. cross-border logistics operations.
• Knowledge of IMMEX, Annex 24, Annex 30, and Mexican customs regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily import and export operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and cross-border requirements.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments between Mexico and the U.S.
• Manage customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Monitor logistics costs, delivery schedules, and shipment performance.
• Supervise and develop the logistics team.
• Ensure accurate customs documentation and inventory control.
• Resolve customs clearance issues and delays.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare logistics performance reports.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.
