Job summary

The Director of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, customer acquisition, and commercial growth for the Mexico market. Reporting directly to the Board, this executive role aligns local marketing with global objectives while overseeing campaigns, operations, and agency partnerships.

The successful candidate will accelerate business growth, expand market share, and strengthen the company''s position in Mexico''s fintech landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience with senior leadership exposure.
Experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Mexico marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, brand, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights to fuel expansion.
Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
Manage agency relationships, media partners, and external vendors.
Monitor budgets, ROI, and performance to optimize business impact.
Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and regional teams for alignment.
Ensure compliance with financial advertising regulations and industry standards.
