Plexus Worldwide is seeking a Director of Marketing for Mexico to define and execute a localized marketing strategy that strengthens brand awareness and drives growth among Brand Ambassadors and customers. The role partners with Global Marketing, Brand, Product Development, and Sales to translate global initiatives into impactful local campaigns across digital channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including team leadership.
• Direct Selling, consumer products, health and wellness, or international marketing experience preferred.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Mexico marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Lead localized campaign development by adapting global initiatives for the Mexico market.
• Drive digital marketing excellence with social media, content, and online engagement.
• Equip the field with culturally relevant marketing tools and assets to support Brand Ambassador growth.
• Partner with Global Marketing, Brand, Product Development, Sales, Compliance, and Field Development to align campaigns.
