Joinimagine is seeking a country-head of logistics to implement strategy, oversee operations, sales, and purchasing, and drive profitability and growth. The role requires aligning commercial priorities with operational delivery and maintaining executive relationships with key customers and partners.

You will lead multi-functional teams, shape market plans, and ensure an integrated approach to service, pricing, and performance across the country.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Management or an equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant logistics experience and experience leading teams.
• Proven commercial leadership with experience developing and executing sales strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Implement country-level business strategy in line with vision and guidelines.
• Lead local sales, marketing, operations and purchasing to align priorities and delivery.
• Define and execute the country sales strategy, including targets and pipeline development.
• Manage country P&L, budget monitoring, and financial performance with Finance.
• Build strong relationships with senior customers and strategic prospects.
• Drive account planning, pricing and performance reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer feedback into service improvements and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop teams of managers and professionals.
