Brivo is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Mexico territories. The ideal candidate will be strategic and driven, with a track record in physical security sales and strong channel partnerships.

This full-time role requires residence within the region and up to 75% travel to engage with clients, attend events, and collaborate with the sales team. A strong understanding of Brivo solutions and VMS integration is essential for success.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in physical security sales (access control, video management, or related technologies).
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong channel partner network experience and direct field sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Revenue Growth by recruiting new dealers and expanding revenue with partners.
• Build Strategic Partnerships with decision-makers and system integrators.
• Master Brivo solutions portfolio including cloud-based access control and VMS.
• Lead the Sales Cycle from prospect to close, consistently meeting targets.
• Deliver world-class support with cross-team collaboration.
• Conduct demonstrations and provide sales training to integrators.
