Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in people management and technical leadership.
• Experience delivering scalable, high-availability systems and integrations.
• Experience with modern web technologies and infrastructure stacks (TypeScript, ReactJS, Python, AWS, GitHub, Claude Code).
• Passion for AI-assisted software development and using AI tools in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-10 software engineers, guiding career growth and performance.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering workflows (code generation, review, testing, documentation).
• Own roadmap for AI-powered end-user features (chat interfaces, analyses, insights).
• Coordinate with other teams to remove blockers and manage dependencies.
