Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Software Development Leader in Ciudad Juárez to oversee a portfolio of development projects. You will provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and ensure end-to-end delivery with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Systems and IT teams, mentoring engineers, and driving initiatives with continuous improvement. The role requires solid DevOps experience and strong communication skills in English.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
6–8 years of work experience.
Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field.
Experience in developing robust software applications.
Experience in databases (design and programming), ORM, and stored procedures.
Experience managing third parties (suppliers, contractors).
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Lead/Manage portfolio of multiple development projects.
Perform detailed analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to improve scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with teams and partners for end-to-end delivery of products/projects.
Deliver solutions on schedule and within budget using department methodologies.
Identify opportunities to leverage latest technology innovations.
Provide status and progress reports to management and partners.
Mentor engineers and align with engineering standards.
Research emerging technologies relevant to the role.
