The role requires strong coordination with technicians and engineers, proficiency in Spanish and English, and experience in design of experiments and statistical analysis to deliver cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Formación

• Requires engineering degree in a relevant field with GMP familiarity.
• Master's degree or higher is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in medical device/manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design and develop the required equipment.
• Perform material tests and validate processes.
• Study processes to implement improvements and optimize costs.
• Coordinate technicians and engineers on unusual problems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines.
