Johnson & Johnson seeks a Software Development Leader to manage a portfolio of development projects within the Technology Product & Platform Management domain in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The role demands strong DevOps leadership, architecture guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable software solutions.

Formación

Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Generally, requires 6-8 years work experience.
Experience in Medical Device industry or medical field is preferred.
Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

Lead/Manage portfolio of multiple development projects.
Perform detailed analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance; influence scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of products/projects.
Deliver solutions on schedule and within budget using department methodologies.
Develop and present status and progress reports to management and partners.
Guide business in data-driven decisions and process improvements.
Mentor engineers and ensure alignment to standards.
