Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Juarez City seeks a Site Technical Operations Manager to lead engineering and manufacturing initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant operations in a high-stakes medical device setting.

You will supervise an engineering team, manage capital budgets, implement validation and change control, and collaborate with global peers to advance digital and safety programs.

Formación

• Experience with process automation in manufacturing/design engineering.
• 8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing/design engineering.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering.
• P.E. License Desirable.
• Strong communications skills and ability to function in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with FDA/medical device regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Create and institute career development programs for engineering subordinates.
• Plan and direct engineering projects or studies requiring advanced knowledge.
• Apply engineering principles within broad assignment areas.
• Track data and identify process improvements to improve business metrics.
• Develop engineering department goals and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure adherence to QSR and quality policy in all activities.
• Ensure OSHA and machine guarding requirements for new equipment are met.
• Manage capital budget and site spending; support safety objectives.
• Collaborate with Ethicon global engineering network and other teams.
