Job summary

AMBOSS seeks a Clinical Education & Market Development Manager for México. You will shape local medical education strategies, grow our community of students and physicians, and build partnerships with universities and associations to expand access to our platform.

Based in México, you will lead regional campaigns and webinars, measure impact with KPIs, and translate clinical knowledge into outreach that resonates with Latin American medical audiences.

Qualifications

• You must be a licensed medical doctor (physician) in Latin America.
• You must be a native Spanish speaker with fluent English (C1/C2).
• In-depth understanding of the Latin American medical education system, especially ENARM.

Responsibilities

• Shape Local Strategies: design and implement marketing and outreach plans tailored to your markets.
• Grow Our Community: reach medical students, doctors, and institutions to expand platform adoption.
• Build Partnerships: connect with medical associations, universities, and student organizations.
• Lead key Campaigns: plan regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars.
• Measure Impact: track progress and share insights to improve future strategies.
