Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field.
• 5+ years in medical industry, 3+ years in project management.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence, Integration and Collaboration Platforms
• Experience applying customer interaction skills.
• Proven track record on management delivering projects.
• Leadership experience
• Experience in capital management.

Responsibilities

• Manage department resources according to leadership priorities.
• Oversee project goals, budgets and required support for successful implementation.
• Contribute to program prioritization and strategic portfolio processes.
• Manage projects including technical solutions, implementation, support and quality compliance.
• Prioritize work schedules and align resources with business objectives.
• Review project deliverables for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in budget processes and manage budgets.
• Coordinate financial tracking of multiple project budgets for reporting.
• Provide performance feedback to team members’ supervisor/manager.
• Investigate, evaluate, select and implement new tools/technologies/services.
• Generate guidelines to ensure resources follow plant directives.
