Infosys Limited in Monterrey is seeking a Maximo Production Support Engineer to join our AMS team. You will ensure application stability, handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support business users in the production environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IBM Maximo experience, strong analytical skills, and exposure to asset management processes. You will coordinate with infrastructure and DBAs, participate in deployments, and contribute to knowledge base.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with IBM Maximo.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Knowledge of Asset, Work, Inventory Management, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Experience with Security Configuration, Application Designer, Domains, Workflows, Cron Tasks, Escalations.
• Working knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Basic SQL troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and user-reported issues within SLA timelines.
• Manage Asset, Work Order, and Preventive Maintenance processes.
• Support deployment and testing activities and post-deployment validation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and integration teams for issue resolution.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support when required.
