AMS is seeking a Manager, I&I Hub Operations in Monterrey to lead an operational delivery hub focused on data-powered talent insights. You will oversee a matrix team, collaborate with partners, and drive service innovations aligned with AMS strategy.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights, governance adherence, and ongoing process improvements. You will mentor talent, build a strong culture, and represent AMS with senior stakeholders in a dynamic BI environment.

• Build a culture of collaboration and excellence across AMS and client base.
