HARMAN is seeking a detailed-oriented Inventory Compliance Specialist in Querétaro to ensure material flow, correct SAP movements, and high inventory accuracy on the production floor. You will work with the AME Sr. Warehouse Area Manager to implement strategies and maintain strict adherence to policies.

The role emphasizes cycle counting, audits, and process improvements, with a focus on reducing discrepancies and optimizing material flow in manufacturing lines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory accuracy 99.90% physical vs system at IM/WM locations to prevent line stoppages due to discrepancies.
• Execute all material consumptions in SAP according to processes to avoid discrepancies.
• Comply with 5S audits at least 95% to preserve components and facilities.
• Escalate process issues to AME Scheduler to avoid discrepancies in counts.
• Audit FG and Subassemblies on production lines to ensure inventory accuracy above 99.9%.
