Sanmina in Mexico is seeking a Materials Planner 3 with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage material supply and planning processes. The role requires strong MRP knowledge, Excel expertise, and supplier negotiation skills.

The candidate will analyze MRP recommendations, project inventory needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate POs, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage inventory and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret MRP suggestions and analyze system recommendations.
• Prepare short reports on missing items.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage purchase orders.
• Attend CIT meetings and execute actions based on M3K metrics.
• Project inventory needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate inter-plant activities and ensure accurate delivery dates.
• Approve POs with current quotations, delivery dates and date codes.
• Update missing components and track metrics and PPV analyses.
• Support recovery plans and cross-functional supply chain communications.
• Ensure proper staff administration and interface with interaction areas.
