Parker Hannifin Monterrey location is seeking an experienced supply planning leader to define strategy and ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and indirect materials for finished products.

You will lead SIOP implementation, capacity/resource analysis, and warehouse/inventory optimization, partnering with MSS/IT and training the Materials team.

Requires 8–10 years in materials planning, ERP experience, Kanban and Lean, APICS preferred, and advanced English (B2+/C1).

Position Summary

Responsible for defining the strategy in the Stratoflex Monterrey Location and ensuring the availability of raw materials, components, and indirect materials at the right time for their transformation into finished products. Responsible for creating production programs that ensure customer demand is met, as well as standardizing processes in the functional areas under their responsibility. Provides support to S&OP. Manages resources in the areas of planning, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and receiving, as well as ensuring that all employees work toward the continuous improvement of processes.

Essential Functions

• Completes forecasting and supply planning to ensure the availability of all materials and products
• Implement/standardize the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process (SIOP) to improve decision-making, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
• Work closely with MSS and IT resources to Implement/standardize capacity and resource analysis tools to ensure the feasibility of production plans.
• Train and develop Materials team personnel on different initiatives.
• Implement/standardize the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process (SIOP) to improve decision-making, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
• Implement/standardize Warehouse Management and Inventory Optimization initiatives, as well as material flow (PFEP, Inventory Strategy, Pull systems, E&O).
• Implement/standardize capacity and resource analysis tools to ensure the feasibility of production plans (e-capacity, e-procurement).
• Implement/standardize new technological tools and ERP systems related to the supply chain.
• Lead the development and implementation of scorecards and KPIs to monitor and optimize materials management performance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Supply Planning, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in materials planning, demand, and capacity, preferably in manufacturing plants.
• Experience in implementing and standardizing corporate processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools.
• Experience with Kanban and inventory strategy implementation.
• Skilled in problem-solving tools and Lean system methodologies.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• APICS certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Advance English - Required (B2+/C1)
