Parker Hannifin Monterrey location is seeking an experienced supply planning leader to define strategy and ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and indirect materials for finished products.

You will lead SIOP implementation, capacity/resource analysis, and warehouse/inventory optimization, partnering with MSS/IT and training the Materials team.

Requires 8–10 years in materials planning, ERP experience, Kanban and Lean, APICS preferred, and advanced English (B2+/C1).

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years in materials planning, demand, and capacity, preferably in manufacturing plants.
• Experience in implementing and standardizing corporate processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools.
• Experience with Kanban and inventory strategy implementation.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting and supply planning to ensure material availability.
• Implement/standardize SIOP process to improve decisions and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with MSS and IT to deploy capacity/resource analysis tools.
• Train and develop Materials team on initiatives.
• Lead warehouse management and inventory optimization efforts.
• Implement capacity and resource analysis tools for feasible production plans.
• Lead ERP-related supply chain tools and scorecard KPIs.
