Parker Hannifin Corp in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Materials Planning Leader to define the strategy for Stratoflex operations and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

You will standardize SIOP processes, lead the Materials team, and collaborate with MSS and IT to implement capacity analysis tools and ERP systems. Fluent English (B2+/C1) is required to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years in materials planning, demand and capacity.
• Experience implementing and standardizing corporate processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools.
• Experience with Kanban and inventory strategy.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1).

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting and supply planning to ensure the availability of all materials and products.
• Implement/standardize SIOP processes to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Collaborate with MSS and IT to ensure feasible production plans.
• Train Materials team on new initiatives.
• Lead capacity and resource analysis tool adoption and ERP-related initiatives.
• Develop scorecards and KPIs to monitor materials management performance.
