Emerson seeks an experienced backend engineer to lead enterprise-grade solutions using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. You will integrate ERP systems, optimize manufacturing processes, and apply AI/RPA tools across global teams.

The role requires deep DevOps/Agile experience in manufacturing and international travel (USA visa). You will train users, document changes, and support ongoing improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• Proven expertise in backend development with .NET/C# and JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills and SQL Server experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and system integration.
• Knowledge of SCM, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with intelligent automation, RPA, and AI tools.
• DevOps experience and Agile methodology in manufacturing settings.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally (USA visa).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement backend solutions using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC and JavaScript.
• Set up and maintain database structures, queries, and reporting with SQL Server.
• Integrate ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) with enterprise applications.
• Apply SCM/Procurement/Manufacturing knowledge to optimize processes.
• Leverage intelligent automation, RPA and AI tools for automation.
• Collaborate with DevOps and agile teams in manufacturing environments.
• Handle support tickets, change management, and regression testing.
• Interact with customers to elicit requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide training, update documentation, and ensure smooth system operation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Solid experience in back-end programming languages and frameworks, including .NET, C#, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, MVC, and JavaScript.


• Strong database structure set-up and maintenance using SQL, including query and reporting tools, APIs and expertise in SQL Server in enterprise environments.


• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and enterprise system integration.


• Knowledge of SCM, Procurement and Manufacturing functional processes


• Knowledge of Intelligent Automation solutions, RPA and cutting-edge AI technologies and tools like Claude, ChatGPT, MS Copilot Studio, etc.


• Working experience with DevOps and Agile Process in a manufacturing environment is a plus


• Handling support tickets and following a change management process for development and enhancement.


• Interacting with customers to understand requirements and provide an optimal solution as well as performing ongoing support of implemented systems, including training new users, keeping documentation updated, troubleshooting issues, and regression testing.


• Strong presentation, collaborative and facilitation skills (oral and written).

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.


• English: Fully Bilingual


• 10 years of experience


• Ability to travel including internationally(USA-VISA).
