Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Mexico’s Jalisco region seeks a Master Scheduler to plan daily production schedules and coordinate with manufacturing teams to meet deadlines.

You will analyze inventory, DOS, and production orders, provide training, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating across Supply Chain, Materials, and Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in Production Planning and Production Control.
• Strong knowledge of production plans and production order management.
• Experience with NP I (New Product Introduction) processes.

Responsibilities

• Create daily production schedules and supervise deadlines.
• Ensure CTB (Clear to Build) utilization and efficient scheduling.
• Coordinate with Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Collaborate with production personnel on accountability and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient processes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth flow from raw materials to finished goods.
• Provide training to staff on ERP and process flow as required.
• Report key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in South Campus.Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Master Scheduler’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:Create daily production schedulesSupervise that deadlines are met.Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilizationLiaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand managementWork closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtimeEnsure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materialsDevelop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilizationWork closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issuesProvide training to staff members as requiredReport key metrics as requiredThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degreeExperience in Production Planning and Production Control.Strong knowledge of production plans and production order management.Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.Ability to ensure production requirements and material availability are met.Monitor Days of Supply (DOS) and inventory levels.Experience with cycle count planning and inventory control.Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve production planning issues.Cross-functional communication with Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain teams.Participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. Intermediate English proficiency.
