Flex seeks a Master Scheduler in Guadalajara, North Campus, to lead daily production scheduling and ensure timely, zero-downtime deliveries. Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will coordinate with MPS, ERP, and production teams to optimize capacity and material flow as Flex spins off SpinCo in 2027.

The role requires BA/BS and Build-to-Order experience, with intermediate English. You will work across Industrial, MPS, Purchasing, and CFT groups to improve scheduling accuracy and ERP

• Intermediate English (Written & Spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.
• Liaise between Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
• Develop strategies and liaise with operations on capacity & equipment utilization.
• Provide training to staff members as required.
• Report key metrics as required.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Manager. The Master Scheduler is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

• Create daily production schedules.
• Supervise that deadlines are met.
• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.
• Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
• Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
• Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.
• Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
• Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.
• Provide training to staff members as required.
• Report key metrics as required.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in planning area or MPS position.
• Intermediate English (Written & Spoken).
• Experience working on Build‑to‑Order projects.
• Interaction with the following areas: Industrial, MPS, Purchasing, and CFT.
• Work Order creation.
• Knowledge in ERP & MRP.
