Antal International is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across our business in Mexico, working closely with the U.S.-based Corporate Marketing team. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, branding, campaign execution, market research, analytics, sales support, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and campaign execution.
• Experience with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Monterrey and travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and coordinate engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
• Create graphic assets, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Support website content management and updates.
• Coordinate photography, video production, and other creative content.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials.
• Support planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns.
• Contribute to lead generation and demand generation initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align activities with business goals.
• Coordinate and support trade shows, events, and customer activities.
• Prepare sales presentations and customer-facing content.
