Job summary

ROHA is seeking a Marketing Specialist based in Mexico City to join our growing global team. You will support regional marketing initiatives, assist in planning and budgeting, and help manage campaigns and materials to boost brand visibility.

You will work with Sales, Commercial, and R&D teams, coordinating events, market research, and promotional content while ensuring brand guidelines are followed. Five days of work per week and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or marketing support roles.
• Experience within the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Experience creating or coordinating marketing materials and presentations.
• Advanced English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of regional marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in the annual marketing planning and budgeting process.
• Monitor marketing expenses and help track budget utilization throughout the year.
• Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities to support brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and gather competitor information to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Support the creation and update of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Ensure brand guidelines and corporate standards are properly followed across marketing materials.
• Prepare customer presentations and sales support materials for the commercial team.
• Assist with market share reporting and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing projects and event logistics.
• Manage and distribute the monthly regional marketing newsletter.
• Work closely with Sales, Commercial, and R&D teams to support ongoing projects and product initiatives.
• Maintain organized marketing documentation, reports, and databases.
• Track and report basic marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
