Arrow Electronics is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the governance, execution, and optimization of our marketing operations ecosystem. You will lead HubSpot execution, drive data integrity, and ensure seamless Salesforce integration while supporting WordPress efforts.

You will build scalable processes, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance across brands. This hybrid role includes collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles.
• Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), including workflows and system configuration.
• Experience managing HubSpot–Salesforce integrations and understanding of CRM data structures and lead management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own governance and optimization of marketing operations across brands.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and back-end processes.
• Ensure data integrity and seamless HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for campaigns and funnel health.
