The Role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and client acquisition across LATAM
  • Localize and manage global marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event channels
  • Create and manage engaging social media content and advertising in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals through collaboration with global and local sales teams
  • Build and manage partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and affiliate networks
  • Coordinate and lead participation in local events, such as expos, seminars, and roadshows
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior insights
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and reflect brand guidelines

Ideal Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, trading, or online brokerage
  • Strong understanding of LATAM consumer behavior and media landscape
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. Fluency in Portuguese will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
