Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Marketing or related fields, with strong English, Excel skills, and a proactive ownership mindset. The internship is based in Mexico City, offering hands-on experience across marketing operations.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data cleaning.
• Detail-oriented with strong process execution and ownership.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and manage end-to-end campaign workflows within social CRM platforms.
• Track and monitor inbound leads from marketing channels and qualify them.
• Build and maintain seller segment lists based on product tags and engagement data.
• Support day-to-day social CRM platform operations and document SOPs.
• Monitor metrics and produce reports to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Support various marketing activities as requested.
