LEYBOLD USA INC. invites a Marketing Intern to join our team in Querétaro. You will support campaigns, lead generation, and content creation while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to drive growth and brand awareness.

The role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, customer outreach, and analytics, with exposure to CRM systems and design tools. A student or recent graduate pursuing relevant studies will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator required.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency preferred.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers for opportunities.
• Assist outbound prospecting via phone and email outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for sales teams.
• Maintain and organize prospect/customer data in CRM systems.
• Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Support social media, digital marketing, and brand awareness activities.
• Create and edit graphics using Illustrator and other tools.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
