Job summary

Edenred Mexico Shared Services Center seeks a seasoned Marketing & Growth Director to lead the marketing strategy, drive demand, and align with business objectives. You will partner with senior leadership to translate commercial priorities into actionable marketing plans, oversee digital campaigns, and manage external agencies to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

Senior marketing leader with proven B2B growth experience.
Strong digital marketing and analytics discipline.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies.
Fluent in Spanish and English; able to operate in a multinational context.

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between Marketing and Business Line leadership, translating priorities into marketing initiatives with measurable impact.
Lead development of annual marketing plans across Business Lines with clear objectives for demand, lead gen, and customer initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing performance, growth, SEO/GEO, and data-driven strategies.
Develop and manage budgets, partnerships with external agencies, and events planning.
Build a high-performing marketing organization and coach the team.
