Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Intern to assist budget management, financial analysis, and vendor coordination across marketing, finance, and procurement teams.

You will contribute to process automation and gain exposure to how a large Marketing organization operates behind the scenes. You will work in a hybrid setting in Mexico City, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve decision making through data and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong numerical skills; comfortable with forecasting, accruals/amortization, P&L, and budget tools.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious, problem-solver, eager to improve processes.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work to automate tasks.
• Able to communicate in English and Spanish in a professional environment.
• Previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support budget management and tracking to ensure visibility of spend.
• Manage procurement and vendor processes, including POs and contracts.
• Support billing, reconciliation and payment processes.
• Maintain operational controls and trackers, flagging risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes with data and AI.
