Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Intern with a strong focus on finance and procurement.

You will support budget management, financial analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations between marketing, finance, and procurement teams. This role offers exposure to how a large Marketing organization operates behind the scenes and the chance to develop analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field (engineering, business, or finance).
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities for forecasting and budgeting.
• Interest in finance, procurement and vendor management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support budget management and tracking to maintain visibility of marketing spend.
• Assist procurement and vendor processes including POs and contracts.
• Support billing, reconciliation and payment processes with accuracy.
• Maintain operational controls and trackers, flag risks and aging items.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve issues and move processes forward.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate workflows using data and AI.
