Signify in Monterrey, through Cooper Lighting Solutions, seeks a Focus Factory Manager to lead manufacturing operations with a strong emphasis on supply chain performance, quality, safety, and cost objectives.

The role requires 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership, a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, and proven Lean/Six Sigma expertise, with fluent English and on-site availability in Monterrey.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, including leadership roles overseeing plant operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations with proven efficiency improvements.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies; Lean/Six Sigma certification is desirable.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply chain activities including fulfillment, inventory, demand planning, customer service, and supply chain performance.
• Drive demand/order management, inventory targets, inventory quality, and initiatives to optimize availability, cost, and service levels.
• Identify and implement initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and leverage technology across the supply chain.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive actions aligned with business objectives.
